On January 10th, climbers successfully reached the summit of Chimborazo, showcasing resilience. The government has supported citizens, including those in tourism, with security measures and a curfew. Despite recent events, the commitment to adventure and exploration remains strong. Climbing activities continue, contributing to Ecuador’s recovery. The government is actively collaborating with businesses in the tourism sector to ensure safety and well-being. Ecuador remains dedicated to being a welcoming and secure destination.
